Dark Flexer has managed to trap Zorkon Of Elkar after accidently bumping into him at a donut shop! His automaton companion, Beta Five, was scrapped and sold for spare parts, while Zorkon was put BACK into his lava lamp, so that Dark Flexer can drain him of all his sponsership money! Meanwhile, the Power People group have lost their powers after an attack by Divatoxic, and have stolen one of a rental space-exploration group's only space shuttles in an attempt to save Zorkon, though foolishly not having any idea what they would DO when they get there. They were fortunately saved by Hanson-look alike ANDROS, who powers the team up to become Lonstarr rangers, the next money-absorbing generation of Power People!
