                            Episode 3:
         "Matt's Less-Than-Pleasant Dental Experience"

Matt Baritowski felt shivers up his spine as he took his physics books out of
his locker and began heading for his class.
   "Hey, Matt?"
   Matt jumped and started gasping from the surprise.  He turned around and
saw Kary Mitchel, with one of her hands on his shoulder.
   "What's with you?"  She asked.
   "Oh, sorry."  Matt said, regaining his breath.  "Today's the day."
   "'The Day'?"  Kary asked.
   "THE day."  Matt corrected.
   "Oh, yes, THE day."  Kary folloewd.  "Um, exactly WHAT is THE day."
   "Dentist day."  Matt said, covering his mouth with his hand.
   "Oh, brother."  Kary rolled her eyes and left.
   Matt headed for his class, still uneasy.

"Ha ha!"  DragonDogi laughed evilly to himself.  "The DENTIST!  Possibly one
of the most highly-feared persons on the Planet!"  DragonDogi lauged again and
then turned to Matchmorou.  "What is the dentist, anyway?"
   "The dentist is one who repairs the results of poor dental hygene."
Matchmorou replied.
   "What's the danger in THAT then?"  DragonDogi asked.  "Where's Nikita?  She
probably knows about what everyone fears about that."
   "She's currently at school."  Matchmorou said.  "You'll have to wait."
   "I HATE when she's gone."  DragonDogi said.  "I can't wait if I want to get
my new plan off the ground.  I'm going down to find her."
   "Like that?"  Matchmorou asked.  "The TotanRangers will see you."
   "I'll go in human mode."  DragonDogi said.  He instantly transformed into a
handsome young man wearing black slacks and a thin denim jacket over a white
t-shirt.
   "You know,"  DragonDogi said.  "I think I like being a human."
   "What exactly is your plan?"  Matchmorou asked.
   "I will let you know when I have returned."  DragonDogi replied, then
teleported out.

Erika tried to grasp what her Trigonometry teacher was saying.  She was
tapping her pencil against her Comp Book when she saw a young man in the door
window.  She looked at him and shrugged, trying to say 'Who are you?'.
   The man looked back and his eyes began to glow yellow.
   Erika sat back in her chair.

"What are you _doing_ here?"  Erika asked the human version of DragonDogi.
   "I need information."  DragonDogi said.  "What is--- the dentist?"
   "THE DENTIST!?!"  Erika asked.  "What are you planning?"
   "Well, I don't know if you don't tell me what it is."
   Just then, Charlie Hunter strode by.
   "Hey, Charlie,"  Erika stopped him.  "Can you help us out here?"
   "What do you need?"  Charlie asked.
   "OK, pop quiz,"  DragonDogi asked,  "explain the term and actions of one
with the title of a dentist."
   Charlie just stared at him.

"The _dentist_!"  Erika burst into the command chamber, still not believing
her leader.  "You have to know what the DENTIST is!  I cannot believe this!"
   DragonDogi followed, still in his human form.  "What?"
   "Do you know how big an IDIOT you were there?"  Erika asked.
   "Well, now that I know what a dentist is, I can implement my plan to
eliminate the Blue TotanRanger!"
   "I'll have to get a picture of you as a human sometime."  Erika said,
leaving the chamber.  "You're really quite attractive."
   "Am I?"  DragonDogi asked.  "Maybe I'll stay this way for awhile."
   "Exactly what is your plan?"  Matchmorou asked.
   "Well, let me tell you..."

"Mr Baritowski?"
   A young lady attendant looked over at Matt, who was in the waiting room,
reading an old 'Headlights' magazine.  "Yeah?"  He asked.
   "The doctor will see you now."  The attendant said.
   Matt got off the hard plastic seat and headed for the dentist's office.
   _This time_ he thought to himself _Nothing can go wrong.  Nothing could
possibly go wrong._
   Matt sat in the dentist's chair and rested his head.
   _Nothing can go wrong..._
   Matt rested his wrists on the armrests and closed his eyes.
   _Happy fields..._ He thought.  _Nothing bad can..._
   Metal cuffs began to wrap around Matt's wrists.  Matt was silent for a
while, then managed a
   "... shit."
   Matt struggled and slipped his arms out of the cuffs as the chair began to
mutate into a spider-like monster.  Matt rolled out of the way and into the
thin hall as the monster began to growl evilly.
   "I'm facing a ViroSeat!"  matt said.  He held his wristwatch near his face,
activating the communications device inside of it.  "Guys, guys, I need help!"
   "What's wrong, Ranger?"  ViroSeat growled as he crawled into the hallway.
   _It's up to me to stop this thing._  Matt said.  "Hey, ViroSeat!  Try a
piece of this!  Alien Blue TotanRanger!"  Matt called out.
   Instantly, Matt was replaced by the Blue TotanRanger.
   "I'm ready to take you down!"  TotanBlue said.
   ViroSeat crawled like a tranantula before the scared ranger.  He lashed out
with one of his claws.
   "There's not enough room in here for us to fight!"  TotanBlue yelled to the
monster.  "We've gotta take this battle outside!"
   "How right."
   ViroSeat lashed again at TotanBlue, who rolled out into the waiting room,
with the monster following, causing all the other people to wail and panic.
   "Where'd he go?"  The monster growled.  He headed outside and growled as he
searched for the missing Ranger.
   "Where are you?"  He growled.
   "I'm over here!"
   TotanBlue rushed by fast on his Blue VikingBike.  ViroSeat instantly
followed him, galloping hard and fast to keep up.
   _Too many people here._  He thought.  _I gotta find the quickest way to the
interstate._
   TotanBlue pressed some buttons on his travel computer and it displayed the
road map for the area of Valencia he was in.  One path was highlighted yellow
and blinked in a pattern to show the ranger what path he should take.
   "I LOVE this thing!"  TotanBlue yelled, shaking his fists in the air.

"Where's Matt?"  Drake asked.
   Drake and the other Rangers were huddled over a computer workstation which
Professor Franklin was working at.
   "He's heading for the interstate."  Franklin said.  "And it looks like he's
got a monster coming after him."
   "Can we get a visual?"  Kary asked.
   The big moniter in the command room showed TotanBlue on his VikingBike
being chased by what appeared to be a mix between a tranantula and a dentist
chair.  The Virus sent a sharp knife down to the ground, barely missing
TotanBlue, who managed to swerve out of the way just in time.
   "We need to help him."  Jessica said.
   "Let's do it."  Drake said.  "TotanChange!"
   The four took their left wrists (which had the Alternaters on them) and 
crossed their arms, then jammed their right wrist to the side and dialed in 
2-0-7-4.
   "Transform now."
       "Alien Green TotanRanger!"  JT said.  His spandex armour appeared on 
   him by growing onto him and his helmet snapped on.
       "Alien Yellow TotanRanger!"  Jessica called out.  Her armour appeared 
   on like it was activated and her helmet slipped on.
       "Alien Pink TotanRanger!"  Kary called out.  Her spandex armour glowed       on and her helmet snapped on.
       "Alien Red TotanRanger!"  Drake called on.  His armour came on like   
   electronic static and his helmet snapped on in 3-D.

TotanBlue began to lose speed as his VikingBike came into a clearing on a dirt
road.  ViroSeat tried to crunch him with an arm, just barely missing him.  The
VikingBike fell on it's side, throwing TotanBlue off onto the desert.  The
Bike slowed down near him.
   "It looks like the end is here, TotanRanger!"
   Viroseat lashed out at TotanBlue and sparks flew out from the impact.
TotanBlue's metal-strung costume barely survived the swipe.
   "Now for the ending cut!"
   ViroSeat prepared to strike again, but TotanRed managed to fend off the
attack with his KatanaSlice.
   "Got it!"  Totanred said.
   TotanPink came beside the weak TotanBlue and held his shoulder.
   "You OK, Matt?"  She asked.
   "Yeah."  TotanBlue said.  "Let's get this guy!"
      Against a black background, TotanBlue held his LancePuncher and
   activated a switch, causing his staff to glow a blue hue..  He instantly
   made a long swipe that bursted electricity.

   ViroSeat grappled against the instant cut and fell down hard against the
desert sand.  TotanBlue posed as the monster exploded.

"He's been destroyed!"  DragonDogi growled.  "My perfect monster has been
defeated!  He was the ultimate design!"
   "So the dentist experience wasn't too bad after all for Matt."  Nikita
said.  "Well, it just goes to show you..."
   "WHAT!?!"  DragonDogi growled loudly.  "That he can conquer his fears if he
puts his mind to it?  I don't care about this anymore.  I have a new plan that
will destroy those TotanRangers now, more than ever."
   Matchmorou gulped.  "Project Enlarge?"  He asked.  "I still don't know how
to do that!  It could be extremely dangerous for both sides!"
   "It's a risk I'm willing to take!"  DragonDogi growled.  "Now get to it!"

Matt rubbed the side of his face as he got his physics books out of his
locker.  Kary strode up to him.
   "Well, how'd it go?"  She asked.
   "I've been better."  Matt responded.  "One cavity.  Nothing too serious.
Seems like it was all just my imagination."
   "Well, way to go, I guess."  Kary said, then left.
   Charlie was passing through the hallway, but stopped at Matt's locker
before he left.
   "Hey, Matt,"  Charlie asked.  "You were at the dentist's yesterday, right?
You saw the monster attack, right?"
   Matt just kind of grunted and headed off to his class.
   "Was it something I said?"  Charlie asked.

NEXT TIME ON ALIEN TASK FORCE TOTANRANGER...
ViroTitan rampages across town  to battle the TotanRangers.   There's only one
problem... He's 50 feet tall.   How will the Rangers defeat something 60 times
